KIMCHI EGG FRIED RICE

METHOD

  • Place a non stick frying pan or Wok on medium to high heat

  • add cooking oii.

  • Once the oil is heated add the cooked Jasmin rice and kimchi and fry until heated through, mixing continuously.

  • Push the rice and kimchi mixture to one side of the pan and add egg mixture.

  • Just before eggs are cooked (resembling scrambled eggs) stir the rice mixture into the eggs.

  • Add the rice seasoning and stir. Take off the heat.

  • Spoon into serving bowls and top with finely sliced spring onions.
